• Metered mail, permit indicia and precanceled stamp mail is presorted and combined in the same mail stream to maximize the sortation and provide the best discounts for all mail processed. This applies to First Class, Standard, Non-Profit and postcard mailings.
  
  
• Postcards and letters can be processed in the same continuous mail stream to maximize volume discounts and postage savings.
  
  
• In-line label processing is available for mail without a barcode clear area. Barcodes can be applied for presort and barcode discounts on all mail at our facility.
  
  
• Automation discounts for flat size mailings, including First Class, Standard and Bound Printed Matter.
  
  
• Processing over 2.5 million pieces per day ensures your mail will receive the best postage and presort discounts available.
  
  
• IMB technology to meet new USPS qualifications for additional full-service discounts.
  
  
• First Class mail is dropped daily and Standard co-mingled mails 3 times per week.

New Bowe Bell & Howell state-of-the-art equipment maintains consistent pricing and production for our customer base, adding new revenue opportunities in postage and processing.

All nine Bowe Bell & Howell sorting machines have 258 multi-level sorting bins to provide maximum efficiency and production capabilities. Nine machines can produce over 6,000,000 pieces per day.

Presort Solutions has the ability to spray Planet Codes. This track and trace feature can provide your company with a tool for monitoring the mail you processed at our facility and through the U.S. Postal Service.

Our freight consolidator also provides additional track & trace to each SCF/BMC location as needed.

We have the latest technology to provide updated addresses during the processing of your mail. This service is available to you as needed.
